Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Bee Foundry Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, for the use of Bee Foundry — an AI marketing operating system that learns your business (“Brand Brain”) and helps you create, approve, schedule and publish marketing content. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Bee Foundry. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at support@getbeefoundry.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no card is required. The trial includes full product access and an allowance of trial Honey (the in-product credit that pays for AI work). When the trial ends, your businesses, content and Brand Brain are preserved; continuing to use paid features requires a subscription.

Paid plans are billed monthly in pounds sterling through Stripe, our payment provider. Current plans are shown in Settings → Billing: Scout £12/month, Worker £24/month and Builder £49/month, differing by monthly Honey allowance and storage. The +5 Active Hives add-on is £10/month per pack. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can change plan or add/remove Active Hive packs in Settings → Billing; changes apply to your existing subscription immediately and are prorated by Stripe. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation, failed payments and refunds work.

Honey is Bee Foundry’s usage credit. Each plan includes a monthly Honey allowance that refreshes at the start of each billing period. Bonus Honey is granted from time to time (for example during your trial) and carries the expiry date shown in the product. Purchased top-up Honey never expires. When Bee Foundry works for you it always spends your soonest-expiring Honey first.

Honey has no cash value, is not transferable between accounts, and is not redeemable for money. Unspent monthly Honey does not roll over — each billing period’s allowance replaces the last.

From time to time we may offer reduced “Founding Hive” pricing to a limited number of early customers. A founding rate is yours for as long as your subscription remains continuously active — if your subscription ends, is cancelled or lapses, any future subscription is charged at the pricing then current.

You retain all rights to the material you teach your Brand Brain and to the content it drafts for you. You grant us the licence we need to store, process and publish that material solely to operate the service for you.

Generated drafts are starting points. You approve everything before it is published, and you are responsible for the posts you approve, including their accuracy and compliance with the rules of the platforms you publish to.

When you connect a social media or analytics account you confirm you are authorised to connect it, and you remain responsible for your own agreements with those platforms. We publish only what you approve, to the channels you choose.

Don’t use Bee Foundry for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful; don’t upload material you have no right to use; don’t attempt to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service or other customers’ data. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

We work hard to keep Bee Foundry reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top shows the latest revision and material changes will be flagged in the app. Questions: support@getbeefoundry.com.
